Required Forms

Send additional application requirements such as official transcripts, test scores, and the Faculty/Counselor Recommendation Form (from a guidance counselor and a teacher). Learn more about programs with additional application requirements on the bottom of the Apply page.

Millikin is interested in more than your grades and test scores. We’ll also look at your extracurricular activities, community service, hobbies, and drive to succeed. We know you’ll bring something special to campus when you Make it Millikin. 

Once you've applied to MU and sent in all of the application requirements, we will begin reviewing your information. The Office of Admission will contact you about whether or not you've been admitted.

Make it Millikin by submitting a $150 advance tuition deposit. The deposit is credited toward your tuition and is refundable until May 1. Make your deposit today on myMILLIKIN.

The Free Application for is the only form Millikin requires in order to receive federal, state, and institutional need-based funding. Completing the FAFSA determines how much financial assistance you'll have available toward the cost of attendance. You can complete the FAFSA any time after October 1. We understand the financial hurdles of a quality education, which is why 99% of our students receive financial aid. Apply for scholarships after you’ve been accepted. Most scholarship applications are due Jan. 15.

Registration Day is your chance to work with faculty advisors to register for your classes, meet fellow classmates, connect with current students, and plan for Welcome Week. Welcome Week is MU’s orientation specifically designed for first-year students.

At Millikin, 99% of students receive some form of financial aid. Our average financial aid package is worth over $15,000, and unlike loans, scholarship and financial aid money don’t need to be paid back!
Need-based aid is awarded based on results of the (FAFSA). The FAFSA is the only financial aid application required by Millikin (Millikin’s school code is 001724).

 Over $20 Million in Scholarships

Student-athletes and fans alike enjoy the new Workman Family Softball Field, the recently renovated Frank M. Lindsay Field, the Decatur Indoor Sports Center, and the Griswold Physical Education Center.
